Overview
If you're using a Mac or a personal Windows PC, you may have your Dornsife Account password saved locally to your computer, using Keychain on a Mac or Credential Manager on a PC, enabling you to quickly connect to Dornsife network drives and network printers.
If you later update your NetID or Dornsife Account password, your locally saved password becomes invalid and must be updated. In most cases this is an easy process: your computer will automatically prompt you to type in your new password when the old saved password fails. If your computer doesn't prompt you to enter your new password, however, you can follow the steps below to manually remove the saved password.
For assistance with this process from DTS, you can submit a ticket to our Help Desk or start a chat with us (red droplet-shaped icon in the bottom right corner of this page).
