Viewing shared videos in Google Drive Use the Google Drive link that was shared with you to access the video (the link may first direct you to sign into Google). To begin viewing the video, click anywhere on the video preview image: "We're processing this video" error If a "We're processing this video" message displays instead of the video preview, the video is not yet available to view. Do not follow Google's suggestion to download the video. Instead, wait about 10–20 minutes, and then reload/refresh the page: Viewing shared videos in Microsoft OneDrive Use the Microsoft OneDrive/SharePoint link that was shared with you to access the video (the link may first direct you to sign into Microsoft). To begin viewing the video, click on the play button at the bottom of the page: Downloading shared videos If you just want to watch a shared video, you can follow our instructions above. If, however, you need to download a copy of the video to your own computer, refer to our steps below. Download times will vary based on the file size and your Internet connection speed.
