Overview
Some Dornsife departments use digital signage to promote course offerings or events. The senior administrators for these departments can email ts@dornsife.usc.edu to request editing access to their departments' digital signage.
Updating signage through the Zoom web interface
Once you confirm that you have digital signage access, use the Zoom web interface to make any edits:
Quick guide
- Go to https://usc.zoom.us and click Sign in. If prompted, use your USC NetID and passphrase to sign in.
- In the left menu, click Room Management. Click Zoom Rooms.
- Use the location directory on the left to narrow down the list, and use the section on the right to select the display by its building abbreviation and room number.
- Click Room Settings.
- Click Digital Signage.

The existing digital signage displays as a preview at the top of the page. You can perform the following edits:
Edit an existing content list
Quick guide
- Scroll down to the content list you want to edit. Click the […] icon to the right of the content list and select an option from the dropdown. For instance, you can rename the content list, view a preview, or create a duplicate content list to modify.
- To display one content list instead of another, select Set Highest Priority.
- If you accidentally click Delete, you can recover your list by clicking Cancel instead of Save.
