Overview
If you are on campus at USC and need to connect your device, simply select the "USC Secure Wireless" network. You will be prompted for a username and password—use your USC NetID username and passphrase to log in.
When you update your USC NetID passphrase, or if you suddenly find that you're unable to connect to USC Secure Wireless on your device, you can follow the instructions below to reset your wireless settings so that you can connect to USC Secure Wireless again.

Step 1: "Forget" the USC Secure Wireless network
- In your System Tray (bottom right corner of your desktop), click on the wireless network icon.
- Click the wireless network icon.
- Right-click on USC Secure Wireless, and select Forget from the dropdown menu.
- Click anywhere to close the list of wireless networks.
Step 2: Re-connect to USC Secure Wireless
- Click on the wireless network icon in your System Tray.
- Click the wireless network icon.
- Click USC Secure Wireless, and click Connect.
- Type your USC NetID and passphrase, and click OK.
- Click Connect.
- After a few seconds, USC Secure Wireless connects. You're all set!
