Overview
Unable to load a website such as Workday or the DTS support portal? Follow the guide below to clear your browser's cookies and cache, and then reload the website.
Note: Clearing cookies and cache may sign you out of the website (or all websites) that you are performing this action on, and you may need to restart your browser. If you clear cookies and cache for a website that requires your USC NetID, you will need to sign back in afterward.
No time to clear cookies and cache?
As a temporary alternative, you can open a new private/incognito window, or switch to a different browser.
This can be useful when you're in a hurry and don't have time to follow the steps below or your browser version differs from our screenshots below.

Clear cookies and cache for a single website
Quick guide
- Go to the website that isn't loading correctly.
- In the address bar, click the icon to the left of the website URL. Click Clear cookies and site data.
- Click Clear.
- Reload the website. If needed, restart Firefox.

Quick guide
- Click the More
icon in the upper right, and select Delete browsing data.
- Set the time range to All time.
- Make sure that only the following two checkboxes are selected:
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
- Click Clear now.
- Reload the website. If needed, restart Edge.

Quick guide
- In the menu bar, click Safari and select Settings.
- Click Privacy. Then, click Manage Website Data.
- Select the websites for which you want to clear cookies and cache:
- To select a website: Use the search bar to search for the website, and then select it in the list. Click Remove.
- To select all websites: Click Remove All.
- Click Done.
- Reload the website. If needed, restart Safari.
