Using Meraki to install software for Mac

Meraki Self Service Portal is no longer available

If you need to install software on your Mac and do not have access to Company Portal, please contact DTS at ts@dornsife.usc.edu. The Meraki Self Service Portal service has been discontinued, but DTS can deploy software to your Mac upon request.

For the list of software that can be requested, refer to Software at USC Dornsife.

Quick guide

Go to http://portal.meraki.com/usc-dornsife and log in with your USC NetID and password.
- If you are unable to log in but are sure you are using your correct username and password, submit a ticket to let us know, and we'll update your account.
In the upper right toolbar, click on My Devices and select your Mac device.
- If your Apple device is not showing up and you know it was issued to you by DTS, submit a ticket to let us know, and we'll update your account with your device.
Click on the Apps tab.
To install any program, click on Install below the program's name.
In the alert window, click on Install.
Allow 15–20 min for installation to complete before checking your Applications folder for the program. You're all set!
