July 2021 Updates:

Google Drive: Google has released Drive for desktop to replace Drive File Stream and Backup & Sync. To install and set up Drive for desktop, follow our guide, "Setting up Google Drive for desktop."

Dropbox for faculty: After December 31, 2021, USC is no longer offering Dropbox as an approved storage service.

"File storage, backup, and collaboration" looks at ITS-approved cloud storage services at USC. Content accuracy was last verified in Sep 2020.
